How to Know Pag-IBIG Number

1. Talk to a Customer Representative

If you have a telephone line that can connect further areas like Metro Manila, dial (02) 724-4244 to talk to a customer service representative. Upon your request to know you Pag-IBIG Number, you may be required to give some personal information like Full Name, Birth Date and Address among few others. Their Call Center operates 24/7.

This option is given to new members who have applied online but might still work in old members who have personally visited the office to apply for membership. Members can retrieve their Pag-IBIG Membership Identification Number by sending a Text Message with the following format:

If you have an email address, you can send an email to contactus@pagibigfund.gov.ph with your simple request letter containing your Full Name, Birth Date and Address. You can do it on your own email service provider platform like Google Mail or Yahoo Mail. Another option is to use the E-mail Us Form on their website Pag-IBIG Contact Page.

4. Use the Chat Support System

The Pag-IBIG Fund has a Chat Support System, follow this Chat Support Website. You’ll be asked to enter your Name, Email, Contact Number, Agree to Receive Email and Text Message. Then press Connect button.

First, you will be given an option on what type of support you need. Since you want to know about your MID/Pag-IBIG Number, type in the keyword “MID” and press Enter in your keyboard. Second, choose MDN – MID Number by typing “MDN” on your chat box. Third, enter your Full Name with Middle Name. Fourth, enter your Birth Date (Example: January 24, 1994). Fifth, enter your Present Employer (Just enter none if not applicable). Sixth, enter your Previous Employer. Finally, enter your Mother’s Full Maiden Name.

A Member Relations Officer will be assigned to assist you, verify your records and give your Pag-IBIG MID Number. With this process, I got mine in just about 2 minutes.

5. Go to the nearest Pag-IBIG Office

If you don’t have a telephone to call customer service, no available load balance to send text message, can’t connect to email, or not familiar doing chat, your best option is to go to the nearest Pag-IBIG Office and inquire there. You may need to bring a valid ID for a smooth inquiry.
