In this guide, you’ll learn how to know how many devices are connected to PLDT Wifi specifically the PLDT Home DSL. In technical terms, what you want to learn is how to check the client list in modem or router.
If you are experiencing very slow internet connection and the wifi signal light of the modem or router is blinking too fast even though you are not using wifi, some unauthorized devices might be connected to your internet.
The following is the step by step guide on how to check how many devices are connected to PLDT wifi.
How to Know How Many Devices Are Connected to PLDT Wifi
Step 1. Access the ISP Interface.
The ISP (Internet Service Provider, which refers PLDT in this guide) Interface is commonly known as the PLDT modem/router configuration interface or modem settings. Assuming this is your first time to access your modem settings, these are the things you need to do first.
- Open your browser and enter this URL : http://192.168.1.1.
- Enter the default username: adminpldt and password: 1234567890.
Step 2. Locate the Client List Button.
The Client List in your modem settings contains all the list of active devices connected to your wifi. This is what you are looking for.
Take note that PLDT uses different modem brands but the two most popular are BaudTec and ZyXEL. So check the images below if it matches your current interface. Technically, some have different interfaces but the features and functions still the same.
For PLDT Home DSL BaudTec Modem, go to Setup menu ➡️ WLAN sidebar menu ➡️ Basic submenu ➡️ Show Active Clients button.
For PLDT Home DSL ZyXEL Modem, just click the Client List Link in the dashboard. See Picture Below.
If there are really unauthorized devices connected, there are 2 things you can do:
- Block the devices. Read ➡️ How to Block Wifi Users in PLDT Home DSL
- Change your wifi password. Read ➡️ How to change PLDT Home DSL Wifi Password

Hi Jbeh. Have you tried the other way around? Instead of blocking the unauthorized users, just filter and only allow the authorized users of your wifi. I hope you get the idea.
